Summary in one paragraph
We collect the minimum we need to render your baby portraits and bill you correctly. Parent photos auto-delete within 60 minutes. Portraits live in your own private gallery. We never train AI models on your faces.
Data we collect
- **Account data**: email, optional display name, auth provider.
- **Generation metadata**: timestamps, style preset, render duration.
- **Billing metadata**: subscription tier, last four digits of card (from App
Store / Play Store — we never see your full card).
- **Device fingerprint**: we hash your browser fingerprint + IP to enforce
the one-free-generation-per-device quota for the browser demo.
Data we do NOT collect
- Raw parent uploads after 60 minutes.
- Your exact IP address (we store a keyed SHA-256 hash only).
- Any biometric profile of you or your family.
Data rights
You can export or delete your gallery any time from Settings → Privacy. GDPR and CCPA requests are handled at privacy@aibabygenerator.app within 30 days.
